Your booking has been made through a promotional third party so please make sure you are familiar with their terms and conditions of booking.

Your holiday with us
You have chosen to holiday at one of our parks and as such would ask that you observe our conditions of booking which are laid out below. Full terms and conditions can be found at johnfowlerholidays.com/terms-and-conditions

Your party
Your booking will be in the name of the lead guest as supplied at the time of booking. Please note for data protection purposes, we can only discuss the booking with the lead guest. We do not accept bookings from hen and stag parties and all male/female parties will only be accepted at our discretion. We offer family holidays and ask that all guests are respectful of this. Any guests causing a disturbance to our other guests will be asked to leave the park immediately without refund.

Dogs
Maximum 2 dogs per booking. Dogs will not be admitted onto the parks unless advised and paid for in advance and will be strictly monitored. Dogs must be supervised & kept on a lead at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the clubhouse except at Combe Martin Beach and Perran View. Dogs must not be left unattended in accommodation if you are off site. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture. Sorry, we do not allow any dangerous dog or breed listed under the dangerous dogs act 1991.

Use of your Holiday Home
Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation. Only people named on your booking can occupy your holiday home and the total number of people on your party (including children and babies) must not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation. You are responsible for any damage to your holiday home, we have the right to recover these costs from you, including any additional cleaning costs. If something is broken on your arrival, please notify us immediately.

Payment
We have added the service charge, bed linen and facility passes to your booking. Your service charge includes gas, electricity, water and cleaning and is mandatory to your booking (unless you have selected a ‘no extras’ date). If you do not require the passes or would rather bring your own linen you can remove these from your booking. Please note should you remove the passes, you will not be able to access our swimming pools, sports courts, bars, restaurants or any entertainment. If you are bringing linen, we will leave the duvets and pillows in your accommodation. Full payment is required within 7 days of receiving your confirmation from us.

Cancellation and amendments
We are unable to change the dates of your holiday or the park you have selected. If you need to cancel please call us on 01271 866766. Please note the money you have paid to the newspaper is non refundable. We will refund any payments made directly to us if you cancel more than 21 days before you are due to arrive.

Your Data
The information you give us in connection with your booking is held securely on our computer system. We will use this data to contact you about your booking and future promotional offers. If you would like to see a copy of the data we hold about you or no longer wish to receive communications from us please email data@johnfowler.co.uk
